rasmda halqa koʻrinishida tasvirlangan boʻlib, u koʻp miqdordagi defektlardan 
guvohlik beradi. Aynan shu tarqalgan gidrofil boʻgʻinlarga ega defektlar borligi 
evaziga ion va vodorod bogʻlari bilan barqarorlashgan IPK suvda sezilarli boʻkadi. 
Gidrofobli oʻrmonsimonsohalari esa, suvli muhitda IPK boʻkish qobiliyatini 
cheklaydi. IPK maxsulotlarida defektlar mavjudligi ularni dispers muhit bilan gidrofil 
sohalar orqali ta ‘sirlashishni yuzaga keltiradi. IPKni bu xususiyatga egaligi dispers 
zarralami, xususan tuproqni agrofizik xususiyatlarini optimallashtirish imkonini 
beradi. 
Kompleks birikmalar juda koʻp joylarda qoʻllaniladi. Biologiyada ularning 
ahamiyati juda katta.Nafas, fotosintez,biologik oksidlanish, fermentative kataliz va 
boshqa zarur biologik jarayonlarda muhim rol oʻynaydi. Respublikamizda kompleks 
birikmalar sohasida juda katta izlanishlar olib borgan olimlarimizdan A.Gʻ.Gʻaniyev, 
N.A.Parpiyev, B.B.Umarov va ularning shogirdlarini aytib oʻtishimiz mumkin.

STRUCTURE OF AROYLHYDRASONES OF 2,4-DIOXOPENTANOIC ACID 
ETHYL ESTER

Depending on the structural features of the dicarbonyl component in the series 
of acylhydrazones of 1,3-diketones, a triple ring-chain equilibrium between linear 
(hydrazone, enhyd-razine) and cyclic 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazoline tautomeric forms can 
be expected. Let us immediately note that paired prototropic equilibrium was 
observed for acylhydrazones of both 1,3-ketoesters derivatives [1]. 
We have studied the structure of the condensation products of 2,4-dioxo-
pentanoic acid ethyl ester with hydrazides of para-substituted aromatic acids. Judging 
by the data of PMR spectroscopy, the free 1,3-ketoester, namely, the ethyl ester of 
2,4-dioxopentanoic acid (I), is in the ringlinear tautomeric form (table). The 
composition and structure of the obtained acylhydrazones were established by 
elemental analysis, IR and NMR spectroscopy:

The band of stretching vibrations of the C=O bond of the ethoxy group of II-IV 
compounds is observed at 1750-1765 cm
-1
. The IR spectra of these compounds are 
characterized by a broad band of stretching vibrations in the region of 

3400 cm
-1

(O-H); In the IR spectra of compounds in the range of stretching vibrations of 
multiple bonds, there are intense absorption bands in the region of 1633, 1595, 1574, 
1558, and 1490 cm
-1
. The absorption band at 1633 cm
-1
indicates the presence of the 
C=N bond, the remaining absorption bands belong to vibrations of one and a half 
bonds of the aromatic ring and bending vibrations of the N-H bond. Analysis of the 
IR spectra indicates that the synthesized compounds II-IV in the solid state are 
mainly in the cyclic 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazoline tautomeric form (A). However, IR 
spectroscopy does not allow us to indicate the regional direction of the condensation 
reaction at the carbonyl group adjacent to the -CH
3
or -COOC
2
H
5
fragment, and the 
results are contradictory [2]. In order to unambiguously prove the conclusions about 
the structure of the obtained compounds II-IV, we recorded their PMR spectra in a 
CDCl
3
solution. The PMR spectra indicate the retention of the cyclic tautomeric form 
(A). Let us consider as an example the PMR spectrum of compound II taken 
immediately after the preparation of the solution. Of particular importance is the 
signals of the protons of the methylene group of the pyrazoline ring as asymmetric 
doublet signals at 

3.00 and 3.26 ppm, which form a typical AV system with a spin-
spin coupling constant (SSCC) JAB = 21 Hz. This is due to the presence of a center 
of chirality in the composition of the molecule, which is the carbon atom in the 
position of the 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazoline ring. 
The protons of the ethoxy group form a characteristic pattern of triplet and 
quadruplet signals with an integral intensity ratio of 3:2 at 

1.31 and 4.34 ppm. 
Further, the protons of the phenyl ring of the benzhydrazide fragment (5 H) resonate 
in the form of a somewhat broadened multiplet signal with centers at 

7.44 and 7.92 
ppm. The signal from a single proton of the hydroxyl group associated with the fifth 
carbon atom of the 5-hydroxy-2-pyrazoline ring is observed at 

7.28 ppm.
