This article aims to summarize the literature and sources published on the 
relations of Central Asian countries with Turkey in 2010-2020, to classify them by 
direction, and to identify unexplored aspects. 
For this purpose, research and literature on the subject in existing fields were 
selected, classified and analyzed on the basis of the authors' approaches. 
The study was based on a chronological-problem-based and comparative 
comparison method, as well as a systematic approach. 
As a novelty, it can be shown that the literature and sources were classified and 
analyzed during the period specified in the article. 
According to the analysis, while the literature at the beginning of the new century 
focused more on political, economic, and social issues, the next decade will focus on the 
competition, integration, and security of geopolitical actors. It should also be noted that 
in recent years, Turkey has become more active in NATO, the Mediterranean and the 
Black Sea region, the Middle East, Central Asia and the Caucasus. 
In conclusion, the literature shows that Turkey's aspiration from Eurocentrism to 
Eurasia has intensified in recent years, in particular, its intensive policy in the Middle 
East, and its "soft power" policy in Central Asia and the Caucasus. It can be seen that 
domestic and foreign political and economic factors, migration issues, the religious 
factor, the results of the "soft power" policy are less taken into account.
