PECULIARITIES OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM IN CHINESE PRIMARY
SCHOOLS
MAKHMUDOVA N.S., Tashkent Higher Military Technical Training Establishment of Ministry of
Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan
The education system is a kind of structure of educational institutions that allows a person to master
knowledge, skills and skills in the learning process. The education system is individual for each country.
The international community is increasingly looking at China as a country with a rapidly growing literacy rate
and a high level of education.
After the formation of the People's Republic of China, the government paid serious attention to the
development of education. A new socialist education was created, aimed at raising the cultural and educational level of
the people. Guaranteeing the fundamental right of the people to receive education, the country quickly rehabilitated the
educational system, developed education of different levels, educated a fully developed new man of socialism.
The law of the PRC reads: "All school-age children from 6 to 12 years old receive free primary education. The
state provides the children from poor families with textbooks. All citizens who have graduated from school age but who
have not received primary education can receive additional free education. In this case, the
state is also engaged in
providing them with textbooks. "
To date, more than 90% of the regions in China are part of the compulsory primary education program, almost
100% of children attend school, and the number of school children with incomplete education is constantly decreasing.
For citizens of China, education is free, and educational programs are controlled by the state. As the Chinese proverb
says, "it is not easy to find a good teacher; Find a good student - a hundred times harder. "
To education, the Chinese are taken very seriously: educational institutions invite the best foreign teachers, the
state invests huge amounts in education. The educational authority in the country is the Ministry of Education, which
implements the unified planning, coordination and management of the education business.
The education system in China includes pre-school education, primary school,
junior high school, full
secondary school, university, graduate school.
Secondary education in China has three stages - primary (小学, 6 years), secondary (初中, 6 years) and older
(高中, 3 years). In accordance with this graduation, kindergartens recruit preschool children from 3 years and prepare
them for three years. The term of study in primary school is 5-6 years, the age of primary school students is 6-7 years.
In order for the child to be accepted into the first grade of the school in China, like us, they conduct some kind
of examinations to determine the level of the child's knowledge. But, if in our schools these are written works and
interviews, then in Chinese - this is testing. The future student should note the correct answer to the question posed
from the proposed 3-4 options. After receiving primary education after six years of schooling, students pass their first
exams. This, a kind of knowledge, allows the child to score the right number of balls for admission to secondary school.
It will not be superfluous to note that universities and schools in China differ from our educational institutions
with a high level of workload. This is due to the fact that students must learn more than
a few thousand hieroglyphs,
which should not only be correctly written, but also correctly pronounced. Taking this into account, the Department of
Education in Beijing adopted a decree according to which the school starts at 8 am and lasts no more than eight hours a
day. At the same time, in the curriculum the number of physical education lessons was increased to 70 minutes a week.
Each lesson lasts 40 minutes, between the lessons of the change, and after the second lesson - a big break for
physical education. Physical education classes are held every day. And this is understandable, because with a large
mental load, sports are simply necessary. True, not all schools have such a policy, some schools do not include sports in
the school system. After the lessons of physical education, already fairly hungry children run to the dining room to
spend 5-10 minutes for "weaving" lunch, and quickly to classes. Then follows the "midday dream", where the pupils,
with folded hands and "comfortably" lying down on the desk, should pretend to be asleep. This "dream" lasts an hour to
1:20. They "fall asleep" on a call and "wake up" on a call.
If first-graders study in Uzbekistan for a maximum of 13 hours, their Chinese "colleagues" are in the
school
until 16:00. Because of the heavy workload, the school day is divided into two parts. 8: 00-11: 30 children learn basic
subjects: Chinese and foreign languages, mathematics, which are in the schedule every day. Then, children till 14:00
can have a rest and have lunch, and then continue their studies. In the afternoon students in Chinese schools study
secondary subjects: singing, work, physical education and drawing.
Chinese schools differ from ours in some areas:
• In Chinese schools, every day begins with charging, then a line on which to report the main news and raise
the flag - school or state. After the third lesson, all children do exercises to relax the eyes. Under the soothing music and
the voice of the announcer in the recording, students press on special points. In addition to the morning exercises, there
is a charge of the daytime - about two o'clock in the afternoon, when under the
same inexorable speaker the
schoolchildren are poured out into the corridor in a single rush (if there is not enough room in the classrooms), they
begin to raise their hands to the sides and up and jump.
• On the exterior, too, strict enough rules are enforced, which all adhere to: short, or gathered in ponytail hair
and uniform for all pupils school uniform, usually is a tracksuit. Each school has different colors.
• The education system is based on mechanical memorization. Children simply learn a huge amount of
material. Teachers require automatic playback, especially not caring about how much the learned material is

understandable. But now more and more popular are gaining alternative training systems: Montessori or Walldorf,
aimed at developing children's creative abilities.
Many readers may feel that the above is true for private schools. But immediately I want to clarify that such an
educational system is used in public schools.
A big plus in the Chinese educational system is that the teaching process is carefully controlled by the
government. In the class hangs the rating of students' progress, which stimulates learning better. Estimates - from A to
F,
where A - the highest, corresponds to 90-100%, and F - unsatisfactory 59%. Encouraging good behavior is an
important part of the educational system. For example, for the correct answer or approximate behavior in the lesson, the
student receives an asterisk of a certain color or additional points. For conversations in lessons or misconduct points and
stars are removed. The progress of schoolchildren is reflected on a special board. Competition, so to speak, is obvious.
In China, there has long been a tradition of respect for teachers and respect for education. Enlightenment in
ancient China played not only a major role in the transfer of knowledge to the next generation, but also made a
tremendous contribution to the development of world civilization.
The status of teachers is high in the PRC. They are called by the name with the prefix "teacher", for example
teacher Zhang or teacher Xiang. Or just a "teacher". In schools, students meeting a teacher are leaning.
Regardless of where Chinese children study - in kung fu or ordinary school, they
learn three main qualities
from childhood: ability to work, discipline and respect for elders.
In 1985, the birthday of the philosopher Confucius was established Teachers' Day, which became the first in
the country holiday of people of a separate profession. Since 1993, the law on teachers has been introduced, which
established the rights and duties of teachers, requirements for employment, social guarantees.
To improve the professional level of teachers, the government of China has developed a program to create a
network of teachers' network. Its purpose is to help
modernize teacher training, through the educational network for
teaching staff, satellite television and the Internet, through the informatization of education, to provide assistance and
services for the continuous retraining of teachers; To conduct large-scale, high-quality and comprehensive highly
effective training and education of primary and secondary school teachers for a significant increase in their professional
level.
Thus, the government of China and its leadership are constantly working to create a mechanism for mutual
support and interaction between the
government, society, family and educational institutions, form a favorable public
climate that promotes the healthy growth of students and students and the continuous improvement of the educational
system that provides the opportunity to study at any age.
