The main aim of the lesson:
To raise interest of pupils to learn English language.
a) Educational: to learn two more letters “Ii” and “Jj” and to learn days of the week.
b) Upbringing: to up bring pupils’ interest to spend their time and days useful.
c) Developing: to develop pupils’ oral, writing, listening, speaking skills and enlarge their vocabulary.

Consolidating last lesson
I Greeting with pupils:

Now I want to greet you with a song about greeting. Let’s listen and sing.

Thank you sit down please but before beginning the lesson let’s remember last lesson.
II Repeating last lesson:
Pupils our last lesson was named “All about me.” During the last lesson we learnt some letters with you now I show you some letters and you should find what letter is it and you should tell me words for that letter.

III Explaining new theme:

• Pupils today we shall learn with you names of the week days and how to write letters “Ii” and “Jj”. But before beginning the new theme let’s do some warm up actions.
• 3.1 Warm up:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 jump.(2)
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 jump.(2)
1, 2, 3 step forward.
1, 2, 3 step back.
1, 2, 3 spin around, yea.

• Now pupils look at the blackboard and repeat the new words:

Wednesday-chorshanba
Thursday-payshanba

Pupils look and be attentively to the writing way of the letters “I i” and “Jj”.
Activity:1 “I can”.
Teacher : pupils now stay in a circle. Now I throw you a boll tell you some verbs and you should make up sentences using that verbs.
For example: Jump- I can jump

• IV Consolidating new theme:
• Song: Days of the week.
• Teacher: Pupils now let’s sing a song about days of the week.

Activity:2 Our next activity is called “Cross the river”. According to this game you should find days of the week. If you can’t find days of the week and cross the river dangerous crocodile may eat you up.
V Marking: teacher marks active pupils for their answers.
VI Homework: to continue writing letters and to translate words of the page 12.
