formation of hydrogen chloride, which is a waste of many
organochlorine production. In this regard, the presented work
on the joint processing of 1,2-dichloroethane and methanol in
order to make rational use of HCl is relevant.

The results of the experiments in the presence of oxide
catalysts and the yield of the reaction products
Catalysts- α-Al2O3 (VC=0, MC=0, DME=0), η-
Al2O3(VC=30, MC=48, DME=5), ϒ-Al2O3(VC=50, MC=69,
DME=3), A1(VC=17, MC=20, DME=2), A2(VC=17, MC=23,

As can be seen from the results in the presence of oxide
catalysts, it was not possible to carry out the process with a
high yield of reaction products — therefore, further studies
were devoted to finding a more efficient catalyst.
Oxide catalysts were treated with ZnCl2, i.e. triggers
catalysts were prepared in the presence of which the process of
joint preparation of VC and MX was carried out. The results of
the experiments

Al2O3(VC=19, MC=41, DME=0), ϒ-Al2O3(VC=21, MC=45,

As can be seen from the results the deposition of ZnCl2
on the surface of oxide catalysts significantly improved the
performance of the process. The best results were achieved in

the presence of catalyst A2, the yield of VC was 86%, MX -
97%

Further have been determined that the active time work
of catalyst makes up 20 hours, after that its activity is dureased.
For restoration of its activity the regeneration is requirex.
Regeneration of ct was studying at the running plat and was
carrying out by nitrogen-hydrogen mixture with different
content of oxygen.In presence of catalyst the surfase of which
have been released from coke the process of joint synthesis of
VC and MC have been conducted. (cp- consolidated products,
bf- before regeneration, af- after regeneration)
