It follows from this conclusion that the increase in the result in the motor test, like running 500 m, characterizing the motor quality of endurance, changes occur during the academic period of the year.
To the greatest extent, these results grew in the autumn-winter period of time, from September to January. The shifts from January to May were less significant in absolute magnitude, but in most cases they were statistically significant. The results of changes in motor abilities that occurred during the periods of the year when the ambient temperature was the highest, they were practically close to zero. At the same time, in two cases out of three, the standard error of the differences exceeded their average absolute value.
Such a small amount of absolute shifts occurring in the summer periods of the year becomes especially striking when compared with the absolute magnitude of the improvement in results that occurred in the winter months. This mainly concerns first-year girls. So, in sophomores in the period from September to January, the results in the 500 m race improved very significantly, on average, by 3.12 seconds. From January to September , the shift in results is insignificant 1.1s . , and in the summer period , the results changed only by 1.4 s .
Thus, the improvement in results during the summer months was incomparably less significant than the increase in results during the academic period of the year. A similar pattern was observed in the dynamics of changes in speed and power indicators estimated by the results of long jumps and run-up (Fig.3.2), where the increase in results was observed in the winter months of the year. In the second -year girls in the period from September to January , the results in the test under study averaged 3.02 cm, and in the first -year girls over the same period , the change in results was 4.01 cm .
As for the summer periods of the year, there was even a slight decrease in the results in the two ages of the surveyed girls. And although this decrease is insignificant in absolute magnitude, it is still sufficient, indicating that in the summer periods of the year, the dynamics of changes in physical fitness indicators for girls living in a hot climate is, in general, unfavorable.
As already noted, the negative shifts in results observed in the summer months are not statistically significant. However, it clearly indicates a disadvantage in the formulation of physical education in this educational institution during these periods of the year.
It is very interesting to consider the dynamics of changes in the results in such a motor test as throwing a grenade (Fig. 3.1). The fact is that the contingent of female students studied by us has a rapid increase in body weight during the summer periods, the most significant increase in body weight occurs during this period of the year. It is known that achievements in throwing are usually positively correlated with an increase in the body weight of the subjects: persons with large total body sizes have certain advantages when throwing.
Therefore, the increase in results in throwing grenades should reflect the dynamics of changes in body weight indicators.
Naturally, the results in throwing should grow to the greatest extent in the summer periods of the year, when there is an active build-up of muscle mass, and to a relatively lesser extent the results should grow in the winter periods, when body weight increases slightly.
At the same time, in the summer periods of the year, the results did not increase significantly, and none of the studied age groups reached statistically significant values. It follows from this that there is an obvious discrepancy between the increase in body weight and the increase in achievements in throwing.
