Regional features of the physical status of students

The paper reveals the mandatory course in accordance with the requirements of university training of specialists completing their studies at the faculties of physical education.

Improving the quality of education is one of the urgent problems of pedagogical science aimed at modernizing the content of education, optimizing pedagogical technologies in the organization of the educational process.
Research in the education system will contribute to the implementation of the tasks set out in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan UP-5368 dated March 5, 2018 “On measures to radically improve the system of public administration in the field of physical culture and sports”, and a number of other regulatory documents aimed at further improving physical culture and sports.
The process of physical education in educational institutions provides for the creation of the basis of basic physical training, the formation of a fund of motor skills and abilities, comprehensive harmonious development of the individual, taking into account the peculiarities of the region of residence.
Knowledge of regional peculiarities of physical education of students will allow students of specialized faculties of Higher educational institutions of pedagogical profile to expand theoretical knowledge on the subject under study, taking into account the influence of the factor of hyperthermia.
With a creative attitude to the study of this knowledge, it will help the future specialist in the field of physical education and sports to reduce the time of practical searches by trial and error and reach a higher level of modern requirements. The monograph is intended for teachers, students and undergraduates of the faculties of physical culture of higher humanitarian pedagogical educational institutions and all interested readers who want to deepen their professional knowledge in the field of methodological foundations of physical culture, taking into account the influence of regional factors.
