Analysis of the results of a pedagogical experiment conducted on a contingent of female students to determine the effectiveness of the developed complexes of large-volume and intensity physical exercises and the use of static exercises aimed at developing motor qualities such as flexibility and coordination function in hyperthermia, allowed us to conclude that the use of static exercises alone allows us to achieve significantly better data than in the absence of organized basic physical exercises, shown by the girls of the first and second groups in running disciplines. So, in the first experimental group, there was a statistically insignificant tendency to deterioration of results, where the running time in September exceeded the running result in May. In the second group, there was a weak statistically insignificant positive trend, expressed in the fact that the girls' results decreased on average, although in both groups the differences between September and May values did not reach statistically significant values. From Table 4.4 it can be seen that in the 100m run. in the first group, the results for the summer months under hyperthermia worsened by 0.2 seconds, and in the second experimental group, the results decreased on average, although in both groups the differences between September and May values did not reach statistically significant values. Table 4.4 shows that in the 100m run, in the first group, the results for the summer months under conditions of hyperthermia worsened by 0.2 seconds, and in the second experimental group, the improvement was 0.1 seconds. A similar pattern was observed when comparing achievements in the 500 m run . In the first group, the result of the subjects worsened, on average by 0.1 seconds, in the second it significantly improved by 0.4 seconds, and the female students of the third experimental group surpassed the representatives of the control group in all indicators. In the remaining tests, the differences were statistically significant, with a 1% significance level. The results obtained during the pedagogical experiment allow us to assert that the training program, which includes a combination of sports games with static exercises, is significantly effective.
