Assessing the speed and strength capabilities of girls based on the results in the long jump with a run-up during the research period, the results increased by 8.3 cm (2.44%). If the initial indicators for girls in May in this test averaged 332.1 ± 26.3 cm, then with repeated testing in September, the result increased to 340.4 ± 22.8 cm. (Table 4.3)
Only in grenade throwing the shifts were insignificant and amounted to 0.2 cm .
The flexibility indicators of the tested girls increased from 9.0±3.6 cm to 9.9± 3.1 cm. The change in the result was 0.9 cm (9.1%), which is obviously due to the performance of static exercises aimed at developing flexibility performed by girls at least 2 times a week.
According to dynamometry data, the girls had an improvement in strength indicators. If the initial level of strength capabilities in May, the average result was 31.2 ± 5.1 kg., then when implementing the developed set of measures, it was possible to significantly increase the strength capabilities of girls identified on the basis of repeated studies conducted in September and made a difference of 1.9 kg (5.75%). with an average value of 33.1 ± 4.8 kg.
The analysis of the results revealed that if in the first (control) group, the test girls did not engage in organized physical exercises during the summer periods, there was a statistically significant shift in one indicator, namely, in body weight, and in all other control tests, positive changes in achievements did not occur, and in the second experimental group of 5in 3 control tests, there was a statistically significant positive increase in results. The subjects of this group had statistically significant changes in the results in the long jump with a running start, in the forward tilt and dynamometry indicators.
If we compare these data with the results of the third experimental group, it was found that body weight did not change statistically and positive changes were observed in 5 out of 7 tests. Only the results in grenade throwing did not change statistically significantly.
Thus, it could be stated that the use of only static gymnastic exercises allows us to significantly compensate for the lack of motor activity observed in our subjects in the summer months. The combination of static exercises and sports games, with the performance of gymnastic exercises is the most effective.
This conclusion is confirmed by the results of a comparison between the increases that were observed during the studied period of time in different groups.
