Despite the noticeable role of young people in certain areas of society, it is one of the
most influential social groups. It can not be manipulated in the pursuit of commercial,
political and other goals. It should be noted that in the current socio-economic conditions,
young people either want to work not only in existing government or commercial structures,
but also want to start their own business, although organizing a small business requires
significant start-up capital, personal connections and experience, which young people do not
have people.For the greater part of young people who are able to engage in entrepreneurial
activities, commercial business is preferable, where capital turns faster and more profit, less
cost of mental work and the need for organizational skills. Small business owners are more
likely to save and invest; they always have a high level of personal motivation to succeed,
which naturally has a positive effect on small businesses. In regions with developed
infrastructure, located close to sustainable sales markets (Tashkent, Fergana Valley), where
there are qualified personnel that contribute to the growth of young people‘s skills, opening
small businesses, the growth of youth entrepreneurship will be noticeable. Here, the regions
of free economic zones remain profitable and competitive. A group of factors that influence
the territorial development of youth entrepreneurship is associated with the impact of
environmental conditions on the reproduction of natural resources, and the maintenance of a
normative environmental status on business processes. The raw material orientation of the
development of exports in the Kashkadarya region is related to oil and gas production and
the nature is subject to environmental damage, surface water and land are exposed.
The attractiveness of this business lies in a fairly quick payback. Its development is
hampered, apparently, because of the same problems for all entrepreneurs: the lack of
competent managers; staff recruitment and training; updates of the material base; credit
policy. Youth small business is developing, gaining growth, as the regions of Uzbekistan are
characterized by a large variety of economic, natural and climatic conditions, it is especially
attractive for the private sector. The branches of farms for growing soybean, cultivating rare
medicinal plants (ginseng, Manchurian aralia, etc.), which are in demand both
internationally and in the world market, can create international class tourist centers can
become the sphere of youth small business.
