Justification 
The total number of working hours per doctor per day is 7.5 hours (8 hours between 09:00 
and 17:00, minus 30 minutes for the lunch break). 
Each hour can accommodate 4 appointments (60/15) therefore 30 appointments can be 
made in 7hours 30 minutes (7x4 + 2x15).
There are four doctors working at the surgery, therefore the number of appointments per day 
is 120 (4x30)
