Conditions for activation:
The composition of the SAC Scientific Expertise 
Department, consisting of relevant specialists, passes the attestation case documents for the 
scientific 
title through the disciplinary commission. 
Main operating entity:
Department of Scientific Expertise. 
Scenario execution procedure:
Within a certain period from the date of submission of the attestation case documents 
for the 
scientific 
title, the relevant documents are first subjected to normative and technical 
expertise, and then to the disciplinary commission. 
Input information:
Relevant attestation case documents for the 
scientific 
title. 
Output information:
The conclusion on the recommendation of the attestation work on 
the 
scientific 
title to the expert council. 
Scenario for the use of R4: 
Review by Expert Council.
 
Conditions for activation:
After the procedure commission on attestation work on the 
scientific 
title, the attestation case is submitted to the expert council in the provision of positive 
results of the procedure.

Expert Council. 
Scenario execution procedure:
The attestation work on the 
scientific 
title is examined at the Expert Council, the 
relevant decision is made, and this decision will be discussed at the next meeting of the 
Presidium of the SAC.

An appropriate decision is made on the attestation case for the
