Abstract:
 Due to the qualitative changes taking place in the field of education and science in 
our country, the sphere of certification of highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical 
personnel requires further development through digitalization and adaptation to the best world 
practice. The paper provides models and descriptions of scenarios for the use of "Complex-
analytical information system of scientific titles" developed for electronic document exchange 
and digitization of the attestation process of scientific titles in the field of attestation of highly 
qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel.
The study deals with the general 
IDEF model of the software modules that make up the system, the IDEF model for submitting 
the attestation documents by the applicants searching for academic titles, the IDEF model for 
verification the attestation process documents, the IDEF program model for confirming the 
academic titles. The process and the actions to be taken within the processes, the tasks of the 
system participants have been described in detail through case studies. The database of this 
system is a MySQL database management system. The user interfaces are developed within the

YII framework based on MVC technology, which uses HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, JQUERY web 
technologies. The system also provides information security through the use of HTTPS 
technologies, SQL injection, XSS scripting, reCaptcha and RBAC.
