titles", system administrator module, search module, reporting module, archiving 
module and other additional modules [6, 7]. 
In the development of these software modules of the system, methods of application of 
search engines based on intelligent analysis of data were introduced, providing options to help 
system users to make decisions. 
Figure 1 shows the scheme of work in the form of the IDEF model of the review 
process, the submission of attestation documents for the 
scientific 
title of applicants in the 
system. All processes in these models are performed through an information system [8, 9].
