Conditions for activation:
Presidium of the SAC approves or rejects the decision of the 
Board of HEI / RI on the award of 
scientific 
titles, based on the conclusion of the expert 
council. 
Main operating entity:
Department of Scientific Expertise, Presidium of the SAC. 
Scenario execution procedure:
1) The Presidium of the SAC considers the decision of the Council of HEI / SRI on 
awarding 
scientific 
titles based on the conclusion of the expert council.

2) The decision of the Presidium of the SAC on the approval of the decision of the 
Council of HEI / SRI on awarding 
scientific 
titles comes into force from the date of its 
adoption. 
3) If the Board of the SAC does not find the decision of the expert council on the 
attestation of the 
scientific 
title justified, it returns the issue to the expert council for 
reconsideration. 
Input information:
Conclusions of the expert council on the attestation work on the 
scientific 
title. 
Output information:
Approval of applicants for relevant 
scientific 
titles (professor, 
associate professor, senior researcher).
