2. Political maneuvering. It covers a number of large-scale activities, that is, 
the stabilization of political alliances with interests in different directions in order to 
ensure the viability of existing political power, or to re-establish them. In carrying out 
this method, the following are distinguished:
to find opportunities to come to a political compromise between the anti­
dependent parties;
the choice of means to achieve the goals (in accordance with the interests of the 
majority of the population in the country, the goals and means are declared, from which 
the goal is to determine the possibility of using other means to achieve stability and to 
win over time);
the replacement of political leadership (the leadership of the country, for 
example, the Cabinet of Ministers or a clear leader in power, will be resigned, since the 
goals set forth are not achieved).
3. Political manipulation. In a broad sense, when it is called political vulgarity, 
political power is used for the purpose of carrying out its stable activities. In a narrow 
sense, when it is called political vulgarity, social thought is primarily meant activities 
that are purposefully directed through the channels of mass communication. Usually 
newspaper, radio, television are in the hands of political forces that rule in this society. 
Therefore, their activities will be directed to the stability of the existing political 
system. The role of the media in eliminating political conflicts is high, and the means 
of "creating the image of the enemy" are used. Its essence is the use of tactics to divert 
the attention of the population from acute political or social problems in society to 
another situation or sphere (these are often directed to the opposition, sometimes 
mythical).
4. Integration of counter elites. In the formation of an unstable system of 
society, social discontent usually plays an integrator role in the counter elite society. 
Such contraindications usually arise as a result of an incorrect personnel policy, which 
is allowed by non-standard-thinking people. Forces that are not part of the political 
elite are concentrated in the "anti-dependent field", parallel to which activity against 
the government develops. In order to avoid such situations, it is worthwhile to integrate 
the political elite.
5. W eakening "systemic opponents”. Unlike counter elite, "systemic 
oppositions" are for the purpose of radically destabilizing the system of society and
