reflection; at the same time, the translator must observe the corresponding “comic 
genre” - from a harmless joke to sharp irony or stinging satire.
The translator must evaluate all the advantages and disadvantages of the 
translation methods and choose the most suitable one, regardless of the method used 
by the author. When a quibble must be given at any cost, and this causes 
insurmountable difficulties, the translator needs to pick up a rhyme, combine it with 
antonymic use (if the original requires it), or even limit it to rhyme, and thus show the 
reader the puns of the original.
Undoubtedly, the main task of the translator is to familiarize the reader, who 
does not speak a foreign language, with the text, to preserve the national color, 
copyright theory, structure and style of speech of the author. The translator cannot 
avoid language contradictions, but he should be aware of them and take them into 
account when translating.

Introduction. The problem of carious disease has a long history and currently 
its one of the urgent issues. This is due to the wide spread of this disease in population. 
At the same time, world dental practice claims that the only way to prevent this 
phenomenon is the introduction of Oral health based prevention methods of oral 
diseases to everyday practice. (Rizaev J.A. 2014, Gaybullaev E.A. 2014.)
The term “oral health” has recently appeared in the scientific and medical 
vocabulary and its unified scientific definition is yet to be confirmed. In terms of 
dentistry, “oral health” is a combination of aesthetic, clinical, morphological and 
functional criteria of the dentofacial system that ensure the human psychological, 
emotional, social and physical well-being. It also covers aspects such as balanced diet 
and social functions of work. And the “oral health” of the population is an integral part 
of the normal state of the human body, which is based on the knowledge of the basics 
of individual oral hygiene and the ability to their proper use. However, most experts in 
this field claim public awareness of the prevention of dental diseases is low and this 
requires a number of measures (Bekjanova O.E. 2010, Gaybullaev E.A. 2015.)
M aterials and methods. All measures aimed at improving the population oral 
health are divided into: primary, secondary and tertiary prevention methods. For 
example, primary prophylaxis is aimed at preventing the occurrence of dental 
diseases;the secondary is the use of treatment methods (sanitation of the oral cavity);
