2.2 Barriers in the activity of a PR specialist

A PR professional often faces many barriers.

The purpose of my practical research is to identify what communication barriers are most often encountered in the process of communication among PR specialists and specialists in other processes. And also give a comparative description.
The object of this study is the employees of LLC " PR -agency Babich and Partners", as well as employees of various fields of activity (doctors, managers, fishermen).
In my practical research, I conducted a survey in the form of a test among representatives of these professions. Each question determined the degree of interpersonal communication barrier in the person I interviewed. Namely: the barrier of negative emotions, bad mood; barrier of perception, speech; first impression barriers, attitudes. As well as barriers to understanding.
The question test is presented in Appendix B. I interviewed the target audience of 20-40 years old.
From the data obtained, we can conclude that groups of people noted: a barrier of negative emotions; perception barrier.
It should be noted that representatives of different professions identify those barriers that are most often encountered in their activities.
We can verify this by looking at Appendix B.
Respondents in the first place highlight the barrier of perception. It's 80% - 100%. Then the barrier of mutual understanding is 20% - 60%.
The barrier of negative emotions also makes itself felt. It's 20% - 30%.

As for the barrier of speech, bad mood and first impression, they are distinguished only by employees of various fields of activity, but not specialists in the field of PR .
It is worth noting that only the barrier of installations does not interfere with communication with business partners.
We can say that these two groups have the same barriers to communication.
But, as practical research has shown, specialists in the field of Pabulic Relation revealed fewer difficulties in communicative communication, compared with other specialists of various professions.
