In XXI century the process of globalization has become one of the main factors 
which identifying the speed of worldwide development.

The process of globalization is creating the opportunities for spreading modern 
communication and information technologies, scientific achievements and intensifying 
international relationship and news exchanging as well as, it has created some negative 
outcomes in social and political spheres.
For instance:
Because of globalization, solving external and internal political issues belonging 
to our national governmentalism.
As a result of globalization, national and racial discrimination, political and 
religious extremism, separatism and other evil political trends are spreading thoroughly 
in our continent. As long as modern technologies, scientific and technological 
achievements, cultural, moral and political outlooks are spreading in an intensive way 
our society. In this place, more than 20 counties are trying to manufacture nuclear 
weapons; we can notice that more than 120 countries are busy with providing news 
attacks.
With the help of globalization, religious, political religious, political, cultural 
literatures, video and audio products which could provide provocation immoral sexual 
relationship, violence, and aggression are extremely spreading. Nowadays, more than 
90 % of the youth are using the Internet as a source of information. There are more than 
9 thousand sites that may persuade the individuals to suicide easily.
More than 49% computer games are propagandized violence and brutality. More 
than 42% children and teenagers are under the effect of pornography in online regime.
According to the international experts, 38% of the youth are using violence sites, 26 % 
of the youth are watching nationalistic web-sites regularly throughout the world.
Nowadays, fighting against above mentioned negative effects consciously and 
honestly is becoming worldwide demand. At first, apart from nationality, language and 
religious of our every single citizen in the country, we should create national cultural 
ideology, and improve their background against current ideological danger.
Especially, we should provide the activities which create the love for the country, 
national proud, we should give information about our great history, rich material and 
cultural heritage of our country to kids in the kindergartens and pupils in the elementary 
classes at the early ages. We should conduct the sessions to the pupils at schools, 
students at colleges and academic lyceums and for the university students which are 
dedicated on real life situation news, their basis, causes, effects which occur in the 
territory of our country. For example, in Russia “Safe Internet Centre”, in Britain “The 
Codex of Behaving” and “Safe Network” independent funds have been organized. 
Furthermore, because of there are more than one million network users, We should 
place more national information to the internet resources. Nowadays, there are more 
than 14 thousand sites work with national materials under the domain “uz” is one of the 
main achievements.
We should propagandize our nation’s long-life customs and traditions belonging 
to the ages in every family against the “Popular Culture” which popularize moral 
dissoluteness creating the trend “Bir bolaga yetti mahalla ota-ona” that means a kid is 
under the control of every person around.
We should widely use the materials which improve the feelings of shy, shame, 
kindness, pureness, honest and fair on the mass media resources. We should provide
