Different violent ideas harm the nation mentality, the youth desire, moral 
standards.
There is possibility of ruining and spoiling the youth life with the help of 
violence, “Popular culture”, religious extremism, terrorism, bullying, murdering, 
suicide, pornographic videos, pornographic sites, immoral, brutal films, drinks and 
cigarette products’ announcements. 
It is important to find the solution to minimize the impacts of these problems of 
information attack. Defending the youth from the information attack mostly means 
forbidding watching different news, various sites, films, newspapers and journals. But, 
it is impossible to get reasonable results. It is important to struggle together against our 
youth being spoilt by ideological danger, spiritual danger with our people’s many age’s 
culture, national mentality, religious outlook and life customs and traditions. 
It is obvious how important the role of the social network in the life of the youth 
in Uzbekistan because 60% of Uzbekistan population consist of the youth. The only 
most effective way from information attack is to organize and popularize the most 
professional ideological-cultural TV programs through Mass Media means. It is very 
essential to make opportunities to every single youth in the country according to the 
state interest to correctly realize and comprehend the situation both in the country and in 
the world. The Uzbekistan Youth Community is the organization which observes the 
youth problems and courage the youth social activeness that is has political importance 
in the country. The movement of the community should make opportunities to correctly 
analyze and realize the country and world situation.
That’s why; Uzbekistan Youth Community organized “The Youth Media Center” 
in order to make media products using modern information communication 
technologies. It is very necessary to organize groups of experts from experienced 
journalists in association with psychologists and sociologists to provide information in a 
quality and meaningfully effective way. Creating the professionally described 
presentations about the information attack types and ways, organizing propaganda 
group parties throughout the Republic, informing the youth from the disasters and 
negative results beyond the “Popular culture” must be the main task of the community 
movement and its general departments and their branches.
It is important to create media products that could affect the youth wisdom and 
understanding consciousness, programs that could define truly the meaning of the 
information attack danger, and programs that could answer the actual questions of the 
future generation.
It is important to gather young professional and amateur journalists and creators, 
regularly working with leaders and most experienced master journalists continuing 
“Master and apprentice” tradition, organizing interactive sessions, creating a unique 
information resource base broadcasting the programs about the movement in the 
country. Identifying the movement’s media product instruments, methods, strategy 
media projects which are broadcasted on governmental and non-governmental Mass 
Media are very essential.
Increasing intellectual competence of the youth correctly using information 
communication technologies should be organized.
