For example: forming the ability to forecast and analyze the spiritual condition in the 
different groups among the youth.
It is obvious to all of us that love for music and art, lyrics forms in the family 
condition from the early ages. It is not overstatement that there is not any family which 
keeps dutar, doira or any other musical instruments and playing them, loves and feels 
the lively sense of music.
The most important thing is that these days Music impacts more than other types 
of art in tutoring the younger generation. We all understand well the pop music singers 
charm the youth’s soul with their talent, appearance and beauty has a great impact. We 
can say initial Uzbek pop music examples in the beginning of the last century became 
upper level in the independence years. To get this level national, world art 
achievements, opportunities to learn world classic music, attentions to develop to this 
sphere, to support the young artists play the great important impact.
Talking about the current and future development of pop music art, at first, it is 
important to pay attention to the meaning of “national pop music” phrase and to defend 
from the influence of the “Popular culture”. Unfortunately, we should mention this case. 
The “Art” of some young singers and bands are not appropriate to any requirements and 
desire. Either meaning of the poem and music or presentation style and scene movement 
“dancing” directly to the strange “Popular culture” becoming “Pop star” illness cases 
offend the real auditory of real music art. Especially, the soundtracks to the national 
attitudes, traditions and moral rules, mixing the different words from foreign languages 
and mispronouncing them are becoming the new style of performance, the young 
singers think. – I think this is because of not understanding the art, its main point and
