Mini English group in YTIT conducted research to find the answer to the question of “Where 
students get motivation to learn English?” and conducted a question-and-answer session with stu-
dents learning English.As a result, while some students said that learning English is a demand of the 
period,others replied that “It was through my curiosity”.Even among those students who took part 
in the question-and-answer session,there where those who did not know why they were learning En-
glish.When we ask about motivation,there were in a silence.As Steve Job said ,“Love what you do 
before and do it with pleasure!”.Before doing anything,a person should ask himself,”Why am I doing 
this?How much do I benefit from this work,or conversely,how much do I suffer?”.You enjoy what 
you do if you can find an answer to that question.Where to get a motivation to learn English?From 
teachers?Family members?From friend or motivators?It is hard to achieve anything even if you have 
the strongest motivation,if you do not have a goal.
In paradigm of scientists,motivation is a system of motivating,motivating an individual perform 
action.It is a dynamic process manifested at the level of the individual’s psyche and emotional be-
haviour actions controlled by a physicological nature.Motivation is a process that takes place in the

back of the brain and triggers signals,such a belief and excitment.For the first time,A.Shitsenguer 
used the word “Motivation” in his work.Motivation diveded into 9 categories:external,internal,posi-
tive,negative,stedy,inconstant,individual,group,cogative.
Let’s make a plan first and to put in a sequence the area of work we need to do learn En
