Against the background of the rapid changes taking place today 
in all sectors of our society, the task of innovative development of 
the system of higher professional education is becoming extremely 
important for achieving socially significant positive results. The 
development of new approaches is required, the main purpose 
of the introduction of which is a sharp increase in the quality of 
educational activities, the development of science and technology.
Human progress is ensured by the global nature of innovation. For 
this, the governments of economically developed countries create 
a favorable external and internal environment, support all types of 
innovation activities and their organizational structures, directing 
innovations into science-intensive and innovative projects.
As a result, and thanks to innovations, countries provide a high 
level of competitiveness of their products and services and a high 
human development index in the world market.
The process of integration of various levels and organizational 
forms of education, science and production is a trend that gradually 
covers all countries of the world, including Uzbekistan. And it is no 
coincidence that in recent years there has been a lot of talk about the 
creation of forms that can unite scientific and educational potential.
It is important to realize that the training of highly qualified 
specialists is not the task of a single educational institution, but of 
the entire educational system in close relationship with production.
I believe that this Conference will provide a wide platform for 
the exchange of views and knowledge on many topical issues and 
problems of education.
I hope that the participants of the event will be able to work 
fruitfully and discuss the most important aspects of the development 
of English language in diverse spheres of education system, 
create conditions for a constructive dialogue, rich professional 
communication and good results.
I wish the participants of the Students’ Conference "The Role
