ELECTRON JOB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM – SOFTWARE TO DIGITIZE 
THE ACTIVITIES OF ALL TYPES OF ORGANIZATIONS

Annotation: In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan No. 6079 of 05.10.2020 "Digital Uzbekistan-2030", work is being 
carried out on the basis of a plan to digitize the activities of all government 
agencies. About the use of EJMS software to digitize all types of organizations, 
including government agencies.

We know that all employees in an organization have a certain amount of 
loading hours. As an example, when quoting a teacher, part of the work time 
assigned to him is focused on the student, and the rest is devoted to his personal 
work. Student-oriented time is the teaching process, personal work is the 
publication of articles, leadership work, and so on. 
Customer Relationship Management is a system that helps to control all 
channels of communication with customers and automate sales. Instead of Excel 
spreadsheets, messengers, lots of documents and running around the offices, there 
is only one service.[1] 
However, in most educational institutions, teachers stay until 20:00. The 
main reason for this is that the hours of the allocated daily load are left 
uncontrolled. That is, when a large amount of work is ordered, they forget about 
the workload. This can lead to stress, fatigue, and poor performance. 
On the other hand, in most organizations, half of the employees work hard, 
and the other half just spend the day doing nothing, and as a result, when it comes 
to the monthly salary, the employee who worked and the one who did not work 
receive the same salary. Who works well, does it on time, how much effort is 
expended on it, the chances of knowing are very low. 
Another problem is paperwork. It takes a lot of work backwards. It takes a 
lot of time to print it, to get it to the right place, and then to wait for the answer,

and then to print it again when you get the answer. That’s why most of the 
paperwork needs to be done late. 
In many countries, such problems have been solved. One of them is the 
digitization of the entire office system. One such solution is Electron Job 
Management System (EJMS) software. 
One of the benefits of the Electron Job Management System is:

Equal distribution of workload (hours) to workers;

electronic exchange of documents; 
✓
Selection of passive and active workers; 
✓
timely completion of work. 
The EJMS software is designed as a cross-platform, and when employees 
receive a new document, they will be able to learn about it on their phone through 
the EJMS Mobile client application. As a result, it provides an opportunity to get 
rid of problems such as staying up late. 
In computing, cross-platform software (also called multi-platform software, 
platform-agnostic software, or platform-independent software) is computer 
software that is designed to work in several computing platforms.[1]
