using the latest solutions such as Artificial Intelligence, as well as the positive and 
negative aspects of using artificial intelligence in the localization of pages.

With the development of the Internet, various thematic websites are being 
created more and more in the world. Almost 90% of the world’s population is 
connected to the Internet. It is also worth noting that these 90% of the population

have different people and they have different languages. In order not to make it 
difficult to use the resources of the Internet, programmers began to create their 
own websites with different language supports for different peoples. 
This is how multilingual websites began to be created in order to facilitate 
work with a web application for different people of our planet. 
Multilingualism is advantageous for people wanting to participate in trade, 
globalization and cultural openness. Owing to the ease of access to information 
facilitated by the Internet, individuals’ exposure to multiple languages is becoming 
increasingly possible.[1] 
With the development of the Internet, the information system has also begun 
to develop, especially the machine learning industry. More and more, the use of 
neural networks and artificial intelligence has begun in industry, in medicine, in 
the economic sector, and others. It is worth noting that advanced websites have 
also begun to introduce artificial intelligence. 
For example, since 2011 Yandex has launched a service for instant 
translation of text online into several languages of the world. This service worked 
with errors due to the lack of data for analyzing the languages of the world and had 
problems. But within 10 years, the service was able to collect the necessary 
grammatical and lexical data that helped to translate large texts with an error of up 
to 5-7%. Since the service works with the help of a Neural Network, more data is 
needed for its training. 
A neural network is a network or circuit of biological neurons, or, in a 
modern sense, an artificial neural network, composed of artificial neurons or 
nodes.[2] 
The advantages of the text translation service from Yandex also did not 
ignore extraneous websites, and Yandex made an addition to its service and opened 
its API for instant translation into several languages for Web developers. 
Previously, in order to have multilingual support for a website, a 
programmer had to manually add the same content in different languages. It was a 
very time-consuming and difficult job, as the resources of the site and human labor 
were used up for this. This was one of the negative indicators in this website 
development. 
But to solve this problem, you should use external services such as Yandex 
Translator. The main feature of this translation method is that the programmer does 
not need to develop a separate module for a web application. You just need to add 
the ready-made proposed code of the Yandex Translator service and the translation 
of all content will be done using a neural network created by the Yandex 
Translator service. It will not use server resources and does not require much 
integration. These are the advantages of translating web pages using artificial 
intelligence. Even updating the current page will not happen because the 
translation will be done on the fly.
