5.2 The plan of the event

  Now from the things you explained in 5.0 you are going to create a detailed plan for the Event that you gave proposal in 4.1. You have to work out all the elements of the event including which planning tool you used, prefrebly show them, budgeting of the event, any catering/venue information, risk assessment and contingency planning.

  To demonstrate your risk assessment and contingency planning you can create tables, or use an example from your textbook Table 4.11 and 4.12 from pages 4.39.

  Analyse the key factors that need to be considered when producing a plan for an event.

  Evaluate and justify the feasibility of the plan, tools, budget and risk, making any required contingency adjustments.
