4.2. event proposal

I am going to make a event named “How to start business from zero”. It will be like form of lecture. This event will be organized for students of Cambridge International University(CIU) and our guest is Anvar Abdulqayum who is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan. I am also student and I know what is going on among students like what they are suffering from or found to do difficult. And many students who study business are tying to start their business, also me too, but there are some incomprehensible problems that students faced thus they are looking for someone who is successful in business to ask advice and questions. So that, I am going to make this event. And purpose of this event is to help those students who found it difficult to start their business. Then, students will find answers to all questions about starting business.

event feasibility

This event will be successful as possible due to there are many students who are expecting for this kind of entrepreneur. Anvar Abdulqayum is well-known entrepreneur in Tashkent, because he shows his businesses on social media, therefore he is famous among young generation, and every single person who interested in business wants to talk him. He is also famous among CIU students. I think, this event will be as expected.

5.1. Event planning

Each organized event will be organized according to plan and must be according to plan. Therefore planning is one of the most important parts of event management. There are 6 factors that should be in planning. They are plan, budget, resources, legal constraints( contracts, health and safety), risk assessment and contingency plan.
