3.4. evaluaton of the skills

As shown above in the table I am very poor at time managing, despite it is the one of the most important skills for event organizer. I am trying to impove this skill. If I get strong time managing, I will be effective, productive and stress-free. This leads me to do my works on time.
With this poor time managing, I couldn’t do my assignments and works even until deadlines, I will always be late and hurrying up.
I am very good interpersonal, communicating and negotiating. Thus, I always can easily get on well with everybody for any kind of themes. And this helps me to make a agreement and communicating friendly with people: teammates, customers, partners and etc.

4.1. different types of events

There are variuous types of events such as business events, sport and recreation events entertainment, celebrations and social enterprise events.
Business events include shareholder’s meeting. Shareholders have shares in both private limited companies (Ltd) and public limited companies (Plc). Thus, they must be aware of corporate news and the extent of their dividend. A shareholders' meeting is a gathering of a company's shareholders to discuss the company's operations or to vote on the election of board members. Shareholders must attend the meeting in person; however, shareholders or proxy holders who are unable to attend in person may vote remotely. The intended purpose is to notify shareholders of any changes in the company and their shares, or the participation of a shareholder in the event of an election. For this event to be successful, all shareholders and company directors must attend.
Awards evening is also one of the business events. An award evening is type of award ceremony. The awards evenings can take place by a community, government organization, school, trade association, or even a company that specialized in conducting award ceremonies. Purpose of these events is giving award to best student, best worker, best play or someone who does something special and inspiring others to do so. Succes factors of these events are attendance of people who are given award, enough awards, audience and attendance people who give awards.
Celebrations is the type of event. Religious festivals, weddings, graduation nights, and birthdays are just a few instances of events that happen all year. Religious festivals including Christmas, Eid, Hanukkah, and Divali are observed at specific times of the year. Various activities, including as religious rituals and family gatherings, are organized to celebrate them. The purpose of such events is to make people happy. if people feel happy and enjoy these events, these events will be successful.
