There is no proper work, done on the Hindi word formation. And here words are formed on the basis of pronunciation. Hindi has a total of 52 alphabet (Vowel and consonant) by which they easily form the words, such as:

Site= साइट= स+आ+इ+ट; Special= स्पेशल= स्+पे+श+ल

Conclusion

The role of English in India is very different in comparison to Russia. As in 1599 AD, Britishers came to colonize India and started influencing the language system by their various activities, culture, and society, the Indian nobles, kings, and aristocrats started endorsing the language and ways of the Britishers, which made English language of the elite. Gradually, it was cached by the common people of India and the process is still going on.

Therefore, due to the continuous influx of English words, Indians, regardless of their mother tongue, are habituated to use English words, furthermore, due to the diverse nature of Indian languages, India adopted the English as a common language among all. After the liberalization, privatization, and globalization reforms (LPG Reforms, 1991) the borrowing of words started to occur at a very high pace because of the induction of capitalism and the intent to copy the West which lead to an increase in the English speaking population of India and it led to the of the other native languages.

English words are widely used in Hindi as well as in other Indian languages. Most Indians use English words subconsciously, and the Newspaper undoubtedly works as a catalyst for their growth, because of its easy availability.

In Russia, English is treated fully as a foreign language, unlike India. But, as the communities involved in the process of cultural assimilation, similarly the foreign words also get assimilated by adapting the semantic, phonetic, lexicological of the mother tongue of an individual. It is mainly due to the absence of the new concepts and because of the comfortability for the interaction of the people.

Through newspapers many anglicisms penetrate into the Russian and Hindi languages, the use of anglicisms in the language and in the speech of people is an inevitable and independent process. However, in the pursuit of everything foreign, in the desire to copy Western models, one cannot lose their identity, including the language. After all, language reflects the way we live and think.

With the changing society, we need to update ourselves, so as the language. It's essential to learn new things but not at the cost of losing our own culture, language and our own ethnicity.
