The results of the study
show that computer simulations, various medical 
simulators and mannequins easily reproduce almost any clinical situation and 
allows for the training of student groups, practitioners and even specialists in 
emergency assistance to sustainable skills quick and coordinated work without risk 
to the patient's life. 
Conclusions.
The simulation technique is without a doubt open up real 
prospects in the professional growth of future and practicing doctors. Thus, 
simulation technology, certainly, is communicative, as it involves contact and 
interaction between participants of educational process. Information, penetrating 
mind, initiates his active work and, as a consequence, triggers the reverse process 
of the information, response, and action. Well-organized simulation training is 
increasingly implemented as an additional phase of medical education, helping to 
improve the quality of training of medical specialists. It should be noted that 
simulation methods cannot replace the entire volume of the practical activities of 
medical students, especially the clinical part, which provides direct experience of 
interaction with patients. However, a reasonable combination of simulation 
technology training and clinical experience will enhance the level of training and 
professionalism of future doctors, as well as the effectiveness of the provision of 
medical care in the future.

Актуальность.
Современные педагогические технологии, которыми 
должен владеть педагог новой формации, с новым сознанием и мышлением, 
характеризуется переходом от учения как функция запоминания к учению 
как процессу развития позволяющего использовать усвоенное,ориентации на 
усредненого ученика к дифференцированным и индивидуализированным 
программам обучения.
