advantages as it is focused on finding the new solution based on self-management, 
while the second one is considered to be human centric. The main objective of 
adaptive resources management in IoT networking to solve the problem of important 
design decisions which requires monitoring, analyzing, planning, executing and 
representing different data from different knowledge sources which must be so easily 
represented, integrated together and transmitted. An accurate mapping between 
underlying data models and high-level semantic models required for the efficiently

control of the underlying heterogeneous network equipment and communication 
protocols is the problem of the smooth migration from existing management to fully 
adaptive IoT networking management.
At the higher level of A-NE architecture,
maintains a knowledge base which helps to describe the situation and determine the 
right performance. Maintaining different types of knowledge, representing,
reasoning and 
determining
the right performance by the network is still a problem for 
specialists and researchers in this sphere. Smart city, Smart home and Smart office 
are taken as an example of use cases and scenarios of implementation of adaptive 
resources, as well as IoT servers, Cisco routers, Cisco switches, IoT devices, Sensors 
and actuators are shown as required devises for this performance.
Thus, the problem of time-consuming, expensive, and error-prone human 
intervention in data processing and transmission in IoT networking should be solved 
by designing intelligent devices and networks as using and managing adaptive IoT 
networking transformed into one of the most dynamic and client focused sectors. 
The combination of smart technologies and IoT networking, in my opinion is one of 
the great catalysts and facilitators of sustainable growth of the society. By making 
things smarter, by increasing efficiency and clearing clutter, by bringing companies 
so much closer to their clients – it is almost without boundaries. ‘The internet of 
things’ is the way of the future. It will be ingrained in everything that we do, in the 
objects we use like the fridge monitoring and ordering food from the store to 
insurance telematics where driving behavior directly determines your insurance 
premium. This way, our lives will be more efficient and linked to the services we use.
