Conclusion All of this leads us to the conclusion that linguistics is a complex subject with a wide range of challenges and emerging research opportunities. Linguistics is riddled with unresolved issues, a large portion of which is problematic. Because of their complexity and multifaceted nature, we are unable to provide comprehensive solutions to all of them or to build a specific point of view. Because the subject of defining the bounds of background information is not totally resolved, sometimes it covers practically all of the knowledge that people have at the time of communication, there is likely some inconsistency in the authors' judgements.
I would like to admit that speaking is the most significant skill among others skills because we cannot image our life without communicating with people. However, there are some requirements to speak in foreign language. Because it is intimately tied to the objects and phenomena of the surrounding reality, the cumulative function of a foreign language is most obviously exhibited in the sphere of vocabulary. The categories of the material world and social variables have a big influence on the lexical system. The appropriate contents of the English interactive multimedia are created based on the demands and interests of the pupils. Furthermore, the try-out results revealed that all aspects were positive. It means that English interactive multimedia is appropriate and appropriate for use in the English teaching-learning process for school students. The usage of English interactive multimedia might be one of the options for assisting students in learning English quickly and effectively. The English interactive multimedia can also be utilized as a self-access learning tool. There are several requirments teaching English with media materials;
Students should be given speaking exercises to practice their skills.
b. The materials' content should be appropriate for standard and fundamental competencies.
c. The media should meet the demand for physical goods or writings.
d. Media materials should be used to establish an environment in which language things are introduced and practiced.
e. Media should give a way to present topics in a time-efficient manner while also stimulating students' speaking abilities.
f.. The media should pay attention to whether or not the materials are appropriate for students.
Furthermore, The following conclusions were drawn from the research conducted on the methodology of teaching English speaking skills to secondary school students based on media materials;
1. Comparative analysis of sounds in English and Uzbek words allowed to identify interlingual and intercultural interference.
2. Didactic features and methodological functions of linguistic multimedia, video-based and audio-based programs in the formation of skills related to the use of English words in speech were identified.
3. Receptive and proactive grammatical skills of speaking English based on linguistic multimedia, video-based and audio-based programs were identified.
4. A methodology for teaching English was developed on the basis of linguistic multimedia, video-based, audio-based programs. It is based on competent, person-centered and communicative approaches, which are based on general didactic and methodological principles.
5. Presentations such as Learning vocabulary 1, Correct pronunciation 2, Learning Fluency and Accurancy 3, Decreasing lack of ideas have been developed to teach English speaking skills.
The students of English education are hoped to be more creative in designing English interactive media. They should also pay attention to developing and designing the textbook materials and the media as technology-based materials.
