English is the most spoken native language in the world. It is most broadly learned second language and is either the genuine language in almost 60 sovereig states. So the development of foreign language has been great paid attention in our country. The government of our country also gives great pay attention not only learning foreign languages but also the radical reorganization of the educational system that will give an opportunity to improve it to the level of modern standards. In order to realize the aims and tasks put forward by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan ‘’On Education’’ [1997] and the ‘’National Programme of Personnel Training’’[1997] the complex system reorganizing the structure and the content of personal training, proceeding from perspectives of the social, economic development of the society, contemporary achievements of science, culture , technique and technology are being created in our country. Recently, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan ,SH. M. Mirziyoyev chaired a meeting on measures for developing the system of teaching foreign languages on May 6 in 2021.’’The time has come to create in Uzbekistan a new system of teaching foreign languages, which will become a solid foundation for the future. Since we set ourselves the goal of building a competitive state, from now on, graduates of the schools, lyceums, colleges and universities must be fluent in at least two foreign languages. This strict requirement should become the main criterion for the work of the head of the education institution’’ Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
According to new decision of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, an Agency for the Promotion of Learning Foreign Languages will be created under the Cabinet of Ministers. The agency will be engaged in the introduction of proven methods, programs and textbooks into the education system, and will organize training in at least 10 foreign languages based on the needs of educational institutions, industries and regions.
