Visual Media. Every picture, model, object, or other tool that gives pupils a true visual experience is referred to as a visual aid in the visual educational paradigm. The visual aids are designed to a) introduce, form, enrich, and explain students' grasp or abstract concepts, b) create desired behavior, and c) encourage students' more continuous engagement.20 So, in general, visual media in learning is everything that can be seen with the eyes and brought into the classroom as visual teaching media to help the learning process go smoothly.
Visual media can be divided into four categories. Printed media, realia, overhead transparency, and LCD projector are the four options.

  1. Printed Media

The printing process is used to create these items. English textbooks, periodicals, newspapers, journals, bulletins, and dictionaries are examples of these media. The usage of these media in English classes is vital and beneficial since it can assist students gain more knowledge and information by reading widely, as well as providing greater enjoyment from various sources of facts. In addition, there are various types of printed media. They are visual media. Photographs, graphics, photos, maps, models, games,
puzzles, wall charts, comic scripts, flash cards or cue cards, brochures, and posters are examples of these media.

  1. Realia

Realia are real artifacts that can be used as teaching aids in the classroom. As a result, Realia is a genuine or imitated object that is used as a visual teaching medium in the classroom.21 Realia comes in a variety of forms. The following are a few of them: A large calendar, a puzzle or a game, a restaurant menu, a large map or globe, and a hand puppet.
Audio Media. Audio media is a type of educational media that uses recorded audio to assist students in learning. Audio media are those that have content that has been captured and can be heard22 . Without the presence of native speakers, pupils can discern intonation and pronunciation using the produced voice. Radio, tape recorder, audio compact disc, MP3, and MP4 are examples of these media.
