reduce demand more efficiently and effectively during the peak demand 
hours. As Uzbekistan is in a single time zone and daylight hours do not 
shift significantly from East to West, peak and nonpeak tariffs should
be introduced.

management reforms. Monitor results of the initial implementation of the

reforms, and rationalizing investment plans.
