By signing this Agreement, the Tenant represents that he/she has received, familiarized himself/herself with and

The Lessor may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect without 2-month notice period if:

a. the Leased Facilities are used contrary to this Agreement or against the purpose of particular elements of the

g. the Tenant regularly leaves dirty dishes in common facilities of the hostel;

• zaniedbywania przez Najemcy Przedmiotu najmu do tego stopnia, ze zostaje on narazony na uszkodzenie;

|
h. the Tenant regularly fails to obey cleaning regulations in the hostel;
|
|
• oddania przez Najemcy pokoju do uzywania innej osobie;
|
|
i. the Tenant steals food from common refrigerators or shelves;
|
|
• uzywanie alkoholu na terenie hotelu;
|
|
j. the Tenant disturbs social facility monitoring;
|
|
• palenia na terenie budynku (za wyj^tkiem wspolnego tarasu);
|
|
k. the Tenant violates quiet-hours regulations;
|
|
• znajdowanie si$ gosci Najemcy w hostelu po godzinie 22:00;
|
|
l. the Tenant violates the Rules;
|
|
• systematyczne pozostawienia brudne naczynia w pomieszczeniach ogolnodost^pnych hostelu;
|
|
m. the Tenant is late with any payment by more than 7 days.
|
|
• systematyczne nieprzestrzeganie ogoln^ czystosci na terenie hostelu;
|

|
If this Agreement is terminated for reasons set out in § 4.5, the Tenant shall leave the hostel within 1 day of the
|
|

If the Lessor withdraws any amount from the Tenant’s deposit, during the term hereof the Tenant shall
