INTRODUCTION (summary of the doctoral dissertation)
The aim of the study is to determine the economic and social effectiveness of distance learning methods in medicine in the Republic of Uzbekistan and their impact on the quality of medical services.
Object of study. The study analyzed the results of 1491 doctors in the journal of continuing education, comparative comparisons of traditional and distance learning between masters and 316 practicing doctors, as well as the impact of the annual work of 24 trained SVP doctors on the quality of medical services.
The scientific novelty of the study is that:
for the first time in the Republic of Uzbekistan, a journal form of distance learning was developed, and doctors could study without leaving work. Each certificate issued as part of this training is subject to a 24-hour qualification for doctors;
for the first time, an online distance learning program based on the JOOMLA platform was developed;
as a result of the introduction of traditional and distance learning, their results were compared, and the quality of distance education was not inferior to the quality of traditional education;
analysis of tests conducted as a result of traditional and distance learning showed that young doctors achieved better results than older doctors;
a methodological manual on a healthy lifestyle was developed, preparation and certification of "Public trainers" were carried out;
it turned out that the annual indicators of doctors trained in distance learning on the basis of a diary give a better result than non-students.
