Implementation of research results.
Based on the scientific results of improving the quality of medical services in the Republic of Uzbekistan and determining the economic and social effectiveness of the implementation of some distance learning methods: Since 2010, the Tashkent Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and the Association of Doctors of Uzbekistan signed an agreement on the introduction of a journal form of distance learning. In accordance with this agreement, the leading departments of the Tashkent Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education have developed more than 40 training programs, 1491 doctors have been trained in this form of training, and 1383 (93%) received 18 hours of advanced training certificate.
Due to the grant No. 28-01 / 003-56 of the Public Fund for Support of NGOs and Other Civil Society Institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Improving the Preparation of Family and Doctors for Health Prevention”, allocated by the Association of Doctors of Uzbekistan, 237 doctors from all regions of the country participated and received certificates using the journal form of distance learning developed as part of a grant project.
The Institute of Health and Medical Statistics has developed and approved a training program entitled “Training of State Trainers for a Healthy Lifestyle”, work programs on physical activity, the dangers of smoking, the importance of breast milk, hand hygiene and reproductive health. More than 400 medical workers received certificates by traditional and remote methods.
Due to the grant No. 28-05 / 050-27 “Development of primary health care in the Republic of Uzbekistan” allocated by the Public Support Fund for NGOs and other civil society institutions under the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2016, 50 doctors from the Surkhandarya region took part in a journal form distance learning and received certificates.
Methodological manuals “Implementation of the journal form of distance learning for practicing physicians” (certificate of the Ministry of Health 8n-d / 21 dated February 14, 2020) and “Distance learning algorithm for medical workers of the JOOMLA platform” (certificate of the Ministry of Health 8n-d / 21 dated February 14 2020) approved and put into practice by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
