In thesis chapter 2 "Influence of reforms in education in 
Karakalpakstan at the end of the XX century - the beginning of the 21st 
century on development of a pedagogical thought"
is about opening in 
Karakalpakstan of branch of the Uzbek research institution of pedagogical sciences 
and its place in development of pedagogical science in Karakalpakstan, also about 
researches over problems of reforms in an education system and the providing a 
continuity of the general education which is carried out after acceptance in our 
country of "Education law" and National program for training.

morality of school students in the Republic of Karakalpakstan at the end of the XX 
century on the basis of which results textbooks, methodical managements and 
monographs are published. At the beginning of XXI researches on the subject 
"Pedagogical Bases of Education of Youth in the spirit of National Cultural Wealth 
on the basis of National Pedagogics and Forming the Unikh of Ecological Culture" 
were conducted. 
Branch of institute for implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of 
the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 203 of May 13, 1998 "About the organization of 
the general secondary education" carried out skilled and test work as a result of 
which are reached to certain scientific results.
In period1997-1999 years the following research raboa are prepared: 
Textbooks are developed for averages schools on the Karakalpak language 
and literature, history of Karakalpakstan, geography of Karakalpakstan, the 
concept about a state language, and test training programs of state standard of 
education which takes root into practice now. 
Programs for training of children of the Karakalpak nationality in Russian in 
kindergartens (S.Baribina, 1988), on training of children in the Karakalpak 
language 
in 
kindergartens 
with 
Russian 
are 
published 
(S.Baribina, 
M.Utepbergenov, Z.Patullayev, 1990). 
For this period 12 brochures on training of children in the Karakalpak and 
Russian languages are published. 
Along with, in branch department "Theory of a technique of primary 
education" functions. This department is organized in August, 1967 and in 
department three research associates conducted researches on two directions.

The department of a technique of primary education of branch in the period 
of 1991-1995 conducted researches on a problem "Education of school students of 
initial classes with the Karakalpak language of training at a basis of folk customs 
and traditions and increase in pithiness of training at schools" 
During this time in department the senior research associate A.Sultamuratov, 
the research associate E.Sultanova, Candidate of Philology Sh. Karimkhujayev, 
etc. worked. With the assistance of A. Sultamuratov a number of programs and 
textbooks are created.
Staff of department of the theory and technique of primary education during 
1997-1999 conducted researches on a problem "Psychology and pedagogical bases 
of methods and content of primary education in new social and economic 
conditions of Karakalpakstan".

ensuring interrelation and a continuity of the general secondary education in the 
Republic of Karakalpakstan, on the basis of state standards of education. 
Our scientists investigated the performed works in education and 
developments of a pedagogical thought in days of independence on the basis of 
archival documents and historical sources in the new direction.
One of basic researches in days of independence is work as E.Yangibayeva 
"The theory and practice of training of mathematics in school students of younger 
school age in Uzbekistan". The purpose of researches of the author is to coordinate 
a rate of initial mathematics, change of its exact tasks and content of a rate 
according to requirements imposed by State standards of education and to lash 
them to the new course program. 
R. Seytimbetova on the basis of the researches on critical studying of a 
tendency and regularities of formation of preschool education in the Republic of 
Karakalpakstan during 1932-1996, has defined the perspective directions in the 
conditions of a present historical era. 
T. Jiyemuratov researched developments of organizations of out-of-school 
education from the pedagogical point of view and depicted dynamics of 
development of types and networks of such organizations. 
Pedagogical thoughts on scientific and pedagogical aspects of creation of the 
constitutional, democratic state are created also, so research work as 
T.Qudaybergenova "Pedagogical bases of increase in efficiency of legal training in 
specialized secondary educational institutions" is one of them.
