Over the last years giving pay attention learning forieng language has become popular
among all age people that’s why our government concentrates on teaching languages, especially
English language. Since 2012 foreing languages have been teaching at prim classes. As the
learning process relates to young minds, psychology and developmental psychology, it requires
constant innovation, innovative methods and effective initiatives. The classroom-based learning
process is also one of the educational initiatives, as outlined above. It is worth noting that this
method can be enhanced by adding a variety of features and features to its effectiveness and
efficiency. Group learning is also important as a result of teamwork, which can be achieved at
the end of the process. Consequently, the organization of a particular foreign language is not
individualized. This is because the management of language depends on theoretical knowledge
and, in principle, on their practical application. Classification of students can be applied in
different ways depending on the age of the participants. As an example, the following grouping
method can be implemented in elementary school students: random sampling. The educational
subject of this method is cards with pictures of different subjects in a group. For example, fruits;
animals; clothes etc. k. Pupils choose whatever they want from reversed cards. There is a definite
breakdown within the same general subject matters: Fruits: red fruits and green fruits (can also
be used as vegetables and fruits);
Animals: domestic animals and wild animals;
This interpretation can also be substituted by snakes understanding of the subject matter.
It can be seen that group work in language lessons is the basis for a two-way process:
- The process of controversy that results in healthy competition between groups;
- The process of active cooperation and dialogue between members of the group;
Indeed, the desire to learn a particular language, in general, requires a certain interest in it.
Forming and maintaining this interest motivates the teacher to find necessary and significant
individual non-traditional reforms relevant to the young psychology.
