The skills you need guide to interpersonal skills

Having completed this book, we hope that it will now be more than clear that 
communication skills are fundamental for not just good interpersonal interactions, 
but also human relationships of all kinds. We also hope that this book has been 
useful in giving you insights into your own strengths and weaknesses, and how you 
can improve your communication skills.
We now, therefore, set you a challenge:
What are you going to do next to build on and improve your communication skills?
You may want to consider what you think is your key weakness in communication: 
is it the way that you use your voice, perhaps? Or that you struggle to identify 
emotions in yourself or others?
You may find it helpful to write it down, and also discuss this with others to ensure 
that your assessment is correct.
We suggest that you then identify three things that you can do to improve it: one 
this week, one this month, and one in the next three months. And of course, don’t 
forget to look back and make sure that you achieved them!

Writing down your commitments makes it easier to remember them, 
and also to hold yourself to account for achieving them.
