CONCLUSION
Thus, we can conclude that we have not just a set of lexical and grammatical
means randomly taken from a common language, but a certain system in which all
elements are in a certain connection with each other and are interdependent. This
system makes it possible to form complete utterances, and not just nominative
groups of words. In addition, some elements of this system appear in a modified
form or undergo rethinking.
The nature of the language means is determined by the nature of the
information for the transmission of which they are intended. As already noted, by
virtue of the established tradition, the main purpose of headlines in English
newspapers is to convey the main content of the published material in the most

concise form. Figuratively speaking, the title gives only outline of the general
outline, and the rest of the text creates a complete picture with details and
halftones. 
This is precisely the reason for the grammatical stinginess and originality of
the language of headings, which can cause difficulties in translation and the need
for stylistic adaptation. By knowing the specifics of English newspaper headlines,
we can avoid many of the problems that arise when translating them.
