Stage one
The researcher observed different lessons at the beginning of the research in order to gain some vital experience by monitoring the lessons of well qualified teachers, observed all types of courses as Reading, Listening and Speaking, Vocabulary lessons. While observing the lesson mainly she draws her attention to the method which teacher is using and the response of the students namely activeness of the subjects and takes notes as a reminder and she adopted various teaching styles, methods, the learners’ reactions, behavior, and interaction between teachers and young learners. The goal of these observations was to discover the learners’ weak and strong points and choose particular activities to help them to improve their English language learning skills in general, particularly their writing skill. Also she used peer observation as her coursemates were practicing at the same courses of study. In addition she takes the lesson plans from the teacher for learning.
