Data collection

Tests and daily notes of the researcher about the marks.
In general, the current analysis was carried out with the assistance of four sources, which were considered to be the research's key sources. The qualitative approach is used in the researcher's observation sheets. It is trained in order to carefully follow all of the lessons. Furthermore, needs assessments are structured to determine learners' needs, desires, and attitudes toward group work instruction. Speaking ability exercises are used in both the pre and post-tests. Pre-testing occurs at the start of the teaching process, and post-testing occurs at the conclusion of the learning process. The current research was carried out using experimental courses.
Firstly, the researcher decided to watch some experimental course lessons before beginning to work with them and collect pre and post-tests so that the results could be compared at the end of the study.
Observations The researcher prepared sheets for observation. The investigator followed lessons from experimental and control courses for about two weeks in conjunction with the measures and directions of the observation sheets. The actions of teachers and the techniques they used were examined and the mistakes were also noticeable when studying the lessons of others. In addition, learners were also relaxed with the observer at the lesson through the days, making it easier to perform the coming lessons. Since the pupils must have learned and adapted to the new teacher already. She attempted to examine the teaching process in depth during those weeks according to observation sheets. What's more, she learned how to teach and execute the lessons correctly from the results. She made notes to consider with regard to the disadvantages of these two teachers, and based on the plans to include communicative language teaching methods in classes. Besides that, the researcher claims that observation is one of the excellent ways to thoroughly learn and explore the teaching process.
Questionnaires Two separate questionnaires were used in this study. Questionnaires were developed by researchers. The questionnaire was administered with teachers, firstly, and then with the students. The questionnaire demonstrates the learners and teachers' personal views and desires. This is important for the research as well. Since the researcher should pay attention to the needs and desires of the learners while preparing the lesson.
