  • Some people think that exercise is the key to health while others feel that having a balanced diet is more important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Regular exercising is often considered to be vital for maintaining healthy life, whereas other school of thought believes healthy eating to be more crucial. As both arguments simultaneously reasonable, I feel that people should make use of both these methods of healthy living.

Clearly, doing plenty of exercise regularly can be advantageous to one’s overall well-being. To begin with, it can help people keep fit in everyday life. Gentle exercise tends to make people feel active and energetic during the whole day as they do it in the morning. In addition, doing regular exercising, one can not only reduce his/her stress level but also enjoy good health. Fortunately, this seems to build up one’s strength. Furthermore, doing a lot of sport might deter people from enduring a premature death. The more people get involved in exercising adequately, the more they build up resistance to serious diseases such as Alzheimer’s and cardiovascular ones. Since people do not have adverse reactions, they are less likely to be in poor health. Hence, people will no longer fight for their lives even though they are at their late 60 or above.



That being said, staple diet may also be beneficial for those who follow healthy lifestyle. Specifically, should people go on a diet, they can, then, watch what they eat, which means they could face no serious medical condition. This is mainly because, individuals can introduce crash diet on their daily basis, which means they cut off convenience and fast food intake. Moreover, by following healthy diet, people can avoid having allergic symptoms as they may gain a wide array of vitamin supplies by eating wholefood. Since people eat nourishing foods, they can simply keep malnutrition away, even in a balanced diet.

In conclusion, it seems to me that both exercising and dietary living have some tremendous effects, which can somewhat come in handy for one’s healthy life.
