) and Eliohs (Electronic Library of Historiography,

The main field of Cromohs, an international electronic peer-review journal with an international and academic scientific board, is the research on modern European historical culture in various areas of interest: cultural and intellectual history, methodology and philosophy of historical research, history of erudition and of academic historical institutions, biographies and bibliography. Eliohs has developed a growing free access collection of digitalized sources of modern historical thought, selected by its scientific committee and organized in different collections. They are philological reproductions of works present in European libraries, but often of difficult access, offered for a scientific and didactical use to the international community. A selection of other digital libraries of similar interest, an internal search-engine, and a general catalogue of historical literature available on the web, makes it an important resource for study and research. Both Cromohs and Eliohs join the open-access philosophy for the dissemination of intellectual resources on the Internet. The scientific and university community in which the responsible are directly involved guarantees the quality of their results. Cromohs' essays are regularly indexed by Historical Abstracts (
http://sb2.abc-clio.com:81/
) and pointed out as one of the most valuable Internet resources for historian by various international organizations.
