An Investor may use their cent accounts to copy transactions from a Trader’s standard accounts. 
Standard lots will be treated as cent lots for this purpose, meaning that an effective divider of 100 will be 
used.

An Investor may use their standard accounts to copy transactions from a Trader’s cent accounts. Cent 
lots will be treated as standard lots for this purpose, meaning that an effective multiplier of 100 will be 
used.

Rating 
7.1
 
The system automatically calculates the "Yield, %", the "Profit/Loss, USD", the "Maximum drawdown", 
and the "Portfolio, USD" statistics for each Trader’s account. 
7.2
 
All Trader’s accounts that meet the requirements of publishing in the Rating will be listed along with 
their statistics in the dedicated section of Clients' Members Area.

The Rating update frequency may vary from time to time and from account to account and therefore, 
does not guarantee the real-time display of a Trader's account state.
7.4
 
In cases when the nominal currency of a Trader's account is other than USD, the Company’s internal 
conversion rates are applied to the Rating parameters that are displayed in USD so that they can be 
compared, such as “Profit/Loss in USD” or “Portfolio USD”. 
7.5
 
Historic values of the Rating parameters for each Trader’s account are published in graphic form every 
day from the moment the Trader’s account was created to the current day on the page of the respective 
Trader.
7.6
 
The CopyFX Rating allows setting some particular time interval (several weeks or months) and assessing 
the Rating parameters for the specified period. If the time interval is not set, the Rating will display the 
parameters of each Trader’s account since the moment this Trader’s account was created. 
7.7
 
The Traders’ accounts in the Rating are displayed in the order of the chosen sorting criteria. The CopyFX 
Rating can be sorted by any of its parameters in descending or in ascending order. 
7.8
 
The Rating will not display a Trader’s account without the specified Conditions. Subscriptions to this 
Trader’s account cannot be entered in this case. 
7.9
 
The Rating will not display a Trader’s account, the equity of which remains less than 50 USD or 
equivalent for more than three days in a row. This Trader's account will be displayed in the Rating again 
after the account equity reaches the required limit. New Subscriptions to this Trader’s account can be 
entered by means of a direct link without using the Rating, even though an account is not displayed. 
7.10
 
If the "Yield, %" on the Trader’s account remains less than -90% for ten consecutive days, this account 
is removed from the Rating forever. This means that this account will not be displayed in the Rating even if 
the "Yield, %" exceeds -90% in the future. Active Subscriptions to such an account will remain effective after 
the account is removed from the Rating. New Subscriptions to this Trader’s account can be opened by 
means of a direct link without using the Rating.
7.11
 
The Company applies its own "Risk" marker to all Traders in the Rating. "Risk" is determined based on 
the volatility of the "Yield, %" of a Trader's strategy per unit of time. The faster the "Yield, %" changes, the 
greater the risk. The method of calculation of this parameter is internal and is not published. 
7.12
 
A copy of the Rating is also available publicly on a dedicated website of the CopyFX system at 
www.copyfx.com. This public Rating has the same requirements for a Trader's accounts to be listed in it as 
the Rating in a Clients' Members Area. 
7.13
 
Only a Trader's accounts registered on the MetaTrader 4 platform are listed in a public copy of the 
Rating on a dedicated website of the CopyFX system at 
http://www.copyfx.com

The Company does not delete, hide, remove, or in any other way edit the collected statistical data and 
the values of Rating parameters for a Trader's accounts on the Trader's request, given that data and values 
do not contain any errors or inaccuracies. The Company does not delete Clients' accounts.
