TERMS OF USE OF COPYFX 
The Client should read this document carefully, as it contains details on the services provided by the 
Company via the CopyFX system and sets out the obligations, rights, and responsibilities arising between 
the user of the system (the Client) and the provider of the system (the Company).
If there is anything in this document that the Client does not understand or with which the Client does not 
fully and unconditionally agree, the Client should not use the CopyFX system.

General Description 
1.1
 
CopyFX is a set of software solutions that allows automatic copying of trade operations between 
different accounts serviced by the Company. 
1.2
 
CopyFX is available for all real trading accounts registered on the MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, and R 
StocksTrader platforms of the Company, except for accounts with a netting model. Accounts registered on 
other trading platforms or with other brokers, and demo accounts are not supported by CopyFX. 
1.3
 
CopyFX is a signal-type copy trading system. Invested funds are therefore not transferred from an 
account to be under management, and remain in full possession of an Investor at all times. 
1.4
 
CopyFX does not utilise PAMM or a similar “single managed pool” methodology at any stage of its 
operations.

All users of CopyFX are bound by the Terms of Use of CopyFX and the 
RoboForex Client Agreement
.

Unless explicitly stated, all items in the Terms of Use of CopyFX are equally applicable to all types of 
accounts, regardless of the trading platform these accounts are registered on, and regardless of a user's 
role in CopyFX.
