In the "by request" mode, the Trader has the right to unsubscribe any Investor from their Trader’s 
account at any time.
3.14
 
If a Request from the Investor's account was rejected by the Trader, the Investor will not be able to 
send Requests to this account again unless the Trader removes this Investor’s account from the “rejected” 
list.
3.15
 
In the "by request" mode, the Trader can determine whether their subscription page is public and if 
their account is shown in the Rating, or if they would like it to be hidden and only be available via the direct 
link. 
3.16
 
An investment period that determines the frequency of subscription results reevaluation, and CopyFX 
commission payouts must be set when declaring Conditions, except for the "No commission" and the 
"Subscription Fee" schemes. 
3.17
 
If an Investor or Trader chooses to terminate an active Subscription earlier than the end of the 
investment period, the total commission (if any) will be calculated at this stage, charged from the Investor's 
account, and transferred to the Trader’s account and to the Affiliate's account (if any).
3.18
 
It is possible to choose either 1 or 2 or 4 weeks as a length of an investment period for the 
"Performance Fee" and the "Volume Fee" schemes.

Only the default 1 week investment period is available to be set for the "Subscription Fee" and the "No

The "Volume Fee" scheme and the "by request" availability mode can not be set for "MetaTrader 5" 
and "R StocksTrader" Trader's accounts Conditions and Settings. 
3.21
 
When setting the Conditions, a Trader shall set the minimum equity requirement for an Investor to be 
able to subscribe to this Trader's account. The minimum should not be less than 100 USD (or equivalent in 
the Investor's account currency). 
3.22
 
When setting the Conditions for the MetaTrader 4 account, except for the "No commission" scheme, a 
Trader can also make settings for the Trader's personal CopyFX Affiliate programme. It determines the 
share of the CopyFX commission that will be paid to the Affiliate who has attracted subscribers to the 
Trader's account. 
3.23
 
It is allowed to be set from 10% to 90% with a step of 5% as a value for CopyFX Affiliate share in the 
Trader's personal CopyFX Affiliate programme settings. 
3.24
 
After setting all the Conditions, the Trader can also declare extra Settings which include parameters 
such as a trading strategy name, a trading strategy description, a delay for displaying the history of the 
Trader's operations, and an account to transfer the Trader's CopyFX commission to. 
3.25
 
The Trader's CopyFX commission will be paid into the account specified by the Trader. If no account is 
specified, any commission that is due will be paid into the account from which the relevant transaction was 
copied.
