Conditions activation is set to the nearest Monday.

If a set of planned Conditions is created during weekends (Saturday-Sunday), the date of the planned 
Conditions activation will be set to the following Monday.
3.35
 
The Conditions include the commission scheme, and (except for the "No Commission" scheme) the 
commission rate, the investment period, and, optionally, the personal CopyFX Affiliate programme settings.

If the Trader changes any of the extra Settings, such changes take effect immediately with no 
notification to subscribers.

It is allowed to alter extra Settings not more often than every one hour. 
3.38
 
The extra Settings include the delay time, availability mode, minimum equity to start a Subscription, 
the account where a commission will be deposited, the trading strategy title, and the trading strategy 
description.
3.39
 
Planned Conditions, which include the change in the commission scheme type, are applied on the date 
of their activation only in case the Trader’s account has no open positions on this date. Otherwise, the 
activation date is shifted one more future week to the following Monday, and planned Conditions are not 
applied. 
3.40
 
The Trader cannot delete or disable their active Conditions after these are set. The Trader can only 
update their active Conditions by setting new planned Conditions and/or alter their extra Settings. 
3.41
 
Even if the equity of a Trader's account does not allow the Trader to customise their Conditions, the 
already in force Conditions are considered active. All active Subscriptions to this Trader's account remain in 
force and new Subscriptions can be made.
